Welcome to Signature Creations Tag LLC. By visiting our website, placing an order, or purchasing a product from us, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ORDERS

Many of our products are custom-made specifically for each customer. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including names, spelling, dates, sizes, colors, photographs, wording, and other personalization details.

Please carefully review all information before submitting your order. Signature Creations Tag LLC is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

DESIGN APPROVAL

Some custom orders may require customer approval before production begins. Once a design has been approved and production has started, changes may not be possible. Additional charges may apply if changes are requested after approval.

PAYMENT

Payment is required according to the terms displayed at checkout. Custom orders will not be completed or shipped until required payment has been received.

PRICING

Prices may vary depending on the product, customization, quantity, materials, design requirements, and other factors. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted and paid for unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Because custom and personalized products are made specifically for each customer, all custom and personalized sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizes selected by the customer, or incorrect personalization information supplied by the customer.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Please provide your order information and clear photographs showing the problem so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Once production has begun on a personalized order, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Custom orders generally require 3–7 business days for processing before shipment. Processing times may vary during holidays, sales, large orders, and busy seasons.

Shipping and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays may occur that are outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

COLORS & PRODUCT VARIATIONS

Because our products are handmade and customized, slight variations may occur. Colors may also appear differently depending on computer or phone screens, printing methods, materials, and production processes. Minor variations are not considered defects.

CUSTOMER-PROVIDED PHOTOS & DESIGNS

By providing photographs, logos, wording, graphics, or other materials for a custom order, you confirm that you have the right or permission to use those materials for the requested product. You are responsible for the materials you submit to us.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Original designs, photographs, graphics, branding, website content, and other original materials created and owned by Signature Creations Tag LLC may not be copied, reproduced, resold, distributed, or used commercially without permission.

RIGHT TO REFUSE OR CANCEL AN ORDER

Signature Creations Tag LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including orders containing inappropriate content, suspected fraud, payment problems, unavailable materials, or requests we are unable to fulfill. If we cancel a paid order before production because we cannot fulfill it, the applicable payment will be refunded.

By placing an order with Signature Creations Tag LLC, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to these Terms of Service, as well as our Return & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.
