ALL CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED SALES ARE FINAL

At Signature Creations Tag LLC, each custom item is created especially for you. Because our products are personalized and made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on custom-made or personalized items simply because a customer changes their mind.

Please Review Your Order Carefully

Customers are responsible for reviewing all information before submitting an order, including names, spelling, dates, sizes, colors, photos, wording, designs, and other personalization details.

Signature Creations Tag LLC is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We want you to receive the item you ordered. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please provide your order information and clear photographs showing the issue. After reviewing the claim, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include correcting or replacing the item when appropriate.

Cancellations

Because custom orders may enter the design or production process shortly after purchase, cancellations are not guaranteed once work has begun. Once a personalized item has entered production, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

Color & Design Variations

Please understand that colors may appear slightly different due to screen settings, printing methods, materials, and other production factors. Minor variations are not considered defects.
