Processing Time
All custom and personalized items are handmade with care and attention to detail. Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be processed before shipping. Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales, and other busy seasons.

Shipping
Orders may be shipped through USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another available shipping carrier. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination, package size, and shipping method selected.

Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address when placing an order. Signature Creations Tag LLC is not responsible for packages delivered or returned because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be shipped again.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by that carrier. Signature Creations Tag LLC is not responsible for carrier delays or stolen packages after confirmed delivery. If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us so we can help you determine the appropriate next steps with the carrier.

Custom Orders
Because our products are custom-made, please make sure all names, sizes, colors, dates, addresses, and personalization details are correct before submitting your order.
